  • Mid Range Development Appraisal available in three modes Lite, Standard and Network Standard using the cashflow method of interest calculation method including

      Loans (Standard Only)
      DCF Cashflow (Standard Only)
      PDF Export (Option in Lite)
    • Budget to Actuals Option - Enter the actual values where known to update an Appraisal and show comparison to original budget.
    • Consolidation Option - Merge 2 or more Appraisals to form an overall cashflow, allowing the recalcualtion of interest or the taking of profits, the consolidation updates as the base appraisals change (can be used with Budget to Actuals option to show actual values where known).
